Q: How long for orders to be dispatched?
A: Orders are usually dispatched within 3-4 business days. You will receive an order confirmation once your order is placed and a shipping notification when your order has been shipped.
Q: Are all the items Handmade?
A: Yes! All of our items are handmade.
Q: Can you make a request for an item?
A: Of course! If there is a specific item you would like, ie. a large planter for example. Send us a message on mail and we will try our best to help you
Q: Whats you're return policy?
A: As our products are individually hand-made, each one will be different. Characteristics such as air bubbles, slight unevenness, minor scratches or bumps were all incurred in the production process and are unavoidable due to the nature of materials. These are not considered defects unless they affect the functioning of the product.
Our policy is Exchange only, there are only certain situations where exchanges are granted. Working with concrete , clay , wood means each pour is unique to the mix. Exchanges will only be accepted if the product is defective or damaged.
Q: There's a colour on a different product i want.
A: If the product you are looking for online doesn't have the colour way shown you want, send us a message and we will be happy to help you :)
Q: My product has arrived damaged, what do i do?
A: If your product has arrived damaged, send a photo of the product in its original packaging and we will get a replacement send out to you.
